Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, VelorinLux does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Once reviewed, eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

Please contact VelorinLux before attempting to return any product. Do not send products to the address shown on the original shipping package, as this may be a fulfillment facility that cannot process customer returns.
